Clean and Polish Service

This is a service made for you, my previous clients. Did you buy some jewellery from me 2 or 3 years ago that now has a little wear and tear? Maybe it's looking a little tarnished and you’re not confident cleaning it yourself? A wee clean and polish will help it look its best!

If you’ve been wearing your jewellery regularly it’s likely to have some scratches or tarnish so a wee clean and polish will help it look its best and help it last for longer. Jewellery should be checked over on a regular basis (especially if there are stones set into the piece) to allow any wear and tear to be rectified before it becomes a larger issue. You don’t want stones falling out due to unnoticed wear on the setting.

This service is for one piece of jewellery (or a pair of earrings/cufflinks) and includes:

  • 1 hour of my time.

  • Checking your jewellery for any damage.

  • Thorough cleaning, including behind stones where possible.

  • Re-texturing, polishing, or re-oxidising.

  • Tracked and insured postage (within the UK) by Royal Mail Special Delivery back to you.

This is only for jewellery that I’ve made and does not cover outsourced platings such as black rhodium, these can be added at an extra cost.

Once you’ve placed your order, send your jewellery to me in a sturdy box (the one you got it in would be ideal) by Royal Mail Special Delivery. I’ll send you my address as soon as you’ve ordered. Please enclose your return address and details of the original finishes and sizes if known.
