Delivery

Delivery within the UK

Anything over £50 is always sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is tracked and insured up to the value of your jewellery. I’ll send you the tracking number once your order is posted. I’ve endeavoured to make the delivery costs clear and simple. Delivery for ready-to-wear jewellery is calculated by weight and value of the jewellery to ensure an accurate price.

Delivery outside the UK

I haven’t run through every possible combination of items in a basket for each country. Therefore I reserve the right to add additional postage based on what I am charged by Royal Mail and/or other courier companies.

Please get in touch for a quote for delivery. It'll depend on the value of the item you’d like to buy; I’ll aim to make it a simple and hassle free process for you!

Returns

Returns are available on all ready-to-wear jewellery bought directly from my website, excluding earrings. Bespoke or commissioned items are non-refundable.

  • Please return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund or replacement. Returns extended orders placed after December 1st you have until January 15th to return an item.

  • Jewellery must be returned using the same method that was used to deliver them.

  • You’ll have to cover the delivery costs for the return.

  • Jewellery such as bangles and rings may be exchanged for a different size.

  • Earrings can’t be returned due to hygiene reasons

Repairs

All pieces have a guarantee against manufacturing flaws. I'll repair any piece of jewellery I've made for free if, upon assessing it in person, I deem the repair due to a manufacturing flaw. This is part of my commitment to offering quality jewellery. Delivery/postage costs are not included in this guarantee.

Manufacturing flaws include dry solder joints which are easy for me to distinguish from wear and tear. This guarantee does not include general wear and tear, oxidisation or platings, or misuse or mistreatment of jewellery. Please contact me before sending jewellery for assessment and post it using Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure the jewellery has the correct insurance.
